P & C >>>Canteen

 The CPS Canteen is run by a volunteer Canteen Committee on behalf of the school P&C.
Its aims are to:

• Provide nutritious food to children of the school at a reasonable cost,
• Maintain healthy standards in the preparation, supply and service of food,
• Provide a service to the school community,
• Support the school in its health education program, and
• Raise funds for the P&C.

Please consider volunteering your valuable time at our school canteen. Come and enjoy yourself with friends while helping to provide financial assistance to our school!

If you are new, Natasha will show you the tasks that require doing and there is also a list of duties behind the Canteen Door, along with the roster. Please complete this form.

Lunch Order Procedures

The canteen is open during recess and lunch from Monday to Thursday. Snacks, drinks and ice blocks can be purchased over the counter.

To pre-order lunch, a child or parent should use the two labelled boxes outside the canteen – one for hot orders, one for others. Drop the paper bags with the order written on the outside and money inside into the right boxes by 9.30 a.m.

For noodles, you will need to pay at the canteen counter and write name and
class on the noodle cup of your choice (Korean, Maggi beef, Rice Noodle,
etc).

Lunch orders will be taken to classrooms at the start of lunch.

The canteen cannot be responsible for lost change, so please try to include the exact money with the lunch order.
